    PROJECT FORWARD STEP: Offers counseling, information and referral services to adults in transition and financial assistance consideration for single parents (including pregnant women) and displaced homemakers.

    PARENTS LEAD PROGRAM:  Provides assistance to parents in the pursuit of a college degree.  Designed for financially eligible parents, the program provides specialized curriculum and advising services as well as FCC Foundation scholarships for childcare while students attend class, or for other costs associated with child rearing.  Interested individuals should complete a Parents Lead Application then schedule a Parents Lead application appointment.

    WOMEN'S CENTER: Offers a supportive environment to explore education, professional and personal plans for members of the community and campus. Also provides a centralized resource site to learn about community programs and services.

    ANNE-LYNNE GROSS BREAST CANCER RESOURCE CENTER: Offers information and resources about early detection, treatment and aftercare. A Breast Cancer Support Group meets monthly. contact the office for day, time, and location. The group is for breast cancer survivors including those newly diagnosed to long term remission/survival.

    ALLIED HEALTH ACADEMY: Provides training, educational support, and consideration for financial assistance to eligible students who want to become certified nursing assistants (CNA), geriatric nursing assistants (GNA), or prepare for employment in other select allied health careers.

    ADULT ED STARS: Adult Education Student Transition Assistance, Resources, and Support (STARS) assists  GED exam and National External Diploma Program (NEDP) completers who whish to transition to college or Continuing Education & Workforce Development programs at Frederick Community College.
