VETERANS' OUTPATIENT SERVICES: Provides a wide variety of health care services, referrals and transportation to eligible veterans.
-Healthcare Services: Provides health care to eligible veterans that are in need of the following services such as medication management, occupational therapy, mental health counseling, primary care, audiology, coumadin clinic, hearing aid fitting, women's health, social work and PTSD.
-Transportation: Provides free door to door transportation to eligible veterans for their appointments at the VA. They must be referred by their VA provider or social worker, make below income level and qualify for VA beneficiary travel.
-Benefits Assistance: Provides referrals to veterans who are trying to receive their VA benefits.
