    OVERVIEW: Provides a wide range of behavioral, mental health, rehabilitation, addictions and home health services to adults and children in Cecil County.

    SERVICES:
    1) COUNSELING: Offers individual, marital, family, group counseling that includes drug/alcohol dependence in association with mental illness. Also provides counseling to anyone with behavioral issues including ADHD, ADD and OCD.

    2) MEDICATION MANAGEMENT: Offers medication evaluation and management is provided through a Licensed Psychiatrist. During treatment, clients may be referred to a staff psychiatrists to determine if a medication evaluation would be beneficial. All clients receiving medication will be assigned to a therapist or case manager.

    3) SHARE-ADULT PSYCHIATRIC REHABILITATION PROGRAM: Offers both on-and off-site supportive services to adults diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness. On-site services include a day program that operates five days a week. SHARE community support services provides assistance to adults with chronic mental illness. Emphasis is placed on individualized treatment, and strengthening each person's ability to engage and integrate successfully into the community.

    4) SUNRISE RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM: Provides housing with up to 24-hour supervision to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Offers life skill training, counseling and medication management,community based activities and transportation.

    5) EARLY INTERVENTION: Assists families with children ages 3 to 6 years old that are experiencing behavioral or emotional problems in the school settings or at home. 

    6) SCHOOL BASED PROGRAM: Offers comprehensive behavioral and emotional health services to all Cecil & Harford County Public Systems. Services include medication evaluation and management, case coordination services include classroom observations assessments, and case management between school staff, other agencies and families.

    7) SUPPORT EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM: Provides assistance to individuals with mental illness to become gainfully employed. Helps with job development, application and resume training, interviewing skills, on-and off-site job coaching and assists clients with job preparedness skills.

    8) IOP: Offers a 60-day intensive program for elementary, middle and high school students experiencing difficulties in school. (Only for substance abuse)

    9) PRE-SCHOOL/DAYCARE PROGRAM: Provides early intervention for children and families experiencing difficulties adjusting to the demands of out of home education and supervision.

    10) TRANSITIONAL AGED YOUTH PROGRAM (TAY): Helps individuals ages 16 to 24 learn the skills needed to obtain independent housing, employment and a positive sustainable peer social support system.

    11) ANGER MANAGEMENT: Offered to individuals that have been court ordered as well as others who have been encouraged to participate. Participants must complete an intake assessment and six session at $60 each for a total of $420 at the time of the assessment. Payment in full of $360 (a savings of $60) can be made at the time of the assessment, or the option to make weekly payments of $60 is also available. NO insurance is accepted for these classes.

    12) ADDICTION: Offers treatment for substance abuse and addiction. Provides individual substance use and weekly outpatient  group counseling, intensive outpatient programming three hours a day for three days each week. 

    13) MOBILE TREATMENT SERVICES (MTS): Provides comprehensive and flexible treatment, as well as support and rehabilitation services to individuals in their community instead of in the hospital or traditional clinic.
