    To report businesses not complying with Executive Orders, contact 911. To report gatherings of more than 10, contact 311 for an overcrowding complaint. 

    Curbside trash collections, condo collections, disposal services at the Quarantine Road Landfill and the Northwest Transfer Facility, operations at the Citizen Drop-Off Centers, and corner trash can collections will continue. The following services are suspended until further notice: street and alley cleaning, property management, maritime operations, and special services (graffiti removal, rat abatement, and bulk trash pickup). Only emergency water maintenance issues will be addressed. Construction, engineering, and maintenance projects not deemed essential will be suspended. See DPW FAQs for more information

    INFORMATION & REFERRAL: Provides phone numbers and information and referrals to city services such as non-emergency police, housing, health department, solid waste, water, parks and recreation, public works, public health, public safety, community service programs, and animal control services.
