    OVERVIEW: Offers a 24-hour hotline for persons who are in crisis and services for survivors who have been sexually or physically abused.

    1) CRISIS INTERVENTION HOTLINE: Provides 24-hour hotline for persons in crisis. Trained volunteers and staff offer supportive telephone counseling and referral services to persons who are lonely, depressed, suicidal or have immediate need to speak with someone about personal or family problems.

    2) SERVICES TO VICTIMS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Provides 24-hour intervention for sexual assault and domestic violence survivors. Includes crisis and follow-up counseling and accompaniment to hospitals, sheriff's office and to court. Provides evaluation to victims of all ages. Offers therapy to sexually abused children, group counseling to batterers and support to families and friends. Offers emergency shelter (3-day limit) referral for battered women and their children to "Angel's Watch" shelter in Hughesville.

    3) COMMUNITY EDUCATION: Provides speakers who go to schools and organizations to talk about child abuse, sexual abuse and domestic violence.

    4) DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SUPPORT GROUPS: Provides support groups for both males and females.
