LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY:
CRIMINAL DIVISION: Prosecutes crimes and incarcerable traffic offenses that occur within Calvert County's jurisdiction boundaries. District Court unit handles the misdemeanor offenses and Circuit Court hears the felony cases.
COMMUNITY SERVICES: Coordinates community services for youth and adult offenders.
CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT: Initiates legal proceedings to secure child support from absent parents. Establishes paternity for children born out of wedlock and enforces child support orders.
