CASE MANAGEMENT: Provides HIV/AIDS case management services. Offers referrals for medical care and treatment, and basic needs referrals for food, housing, transportation, insurance and more. Offers pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) program for people at high risk of HIV and their partners.
HEALTH EDUCATION: Provides health education services and manages the department’s Learn to Live campaign that encourages people to live a healthier lifestyle.
